Know your options before you ask.

Consultation packages purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a full refund — no justification required. Implementation engagements are refunded on a pro-rated basis for any scope not yet started at the time of your request.

How to submit a refund request

Step 1 — Confirm eligibility

Your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. Consultation packages qualify for a full refund. Implementation packages qualify for a pro-rated refund covering work not yet completed.

Step 2 — Email your request

Send an email to contact@vertatechllc.site with your name, order or invoice reference, and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. No lengthy explanation is required for consultation packages.

Step 3 — We respond within two business days

Our team will confirm receipt and review your request. For implementation packages, we calculate the pro-rated amount based on deliverables completed. You will receive written confirmation of the approved refund amount before any funds are returned.

Step 4 — Refund issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to seven business days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Requests outside the 14-day window

Requests received after 14 days of purchase are not eligible under this policy. If you have an exceptional circumstance, email us and we will review on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
